Workplace | Personal and team development.
Our corporate programs were piloted in Europe and the USA, where Jayur was founded. We use easy to digest language and concepts to ensure that our programs are inclusive and accessible to all.
We educate teams and individuals about mindset management through passive, self-help regimes. We run multi-week programs to instil tools to build resilience, confidence, focus and creativity. The science behind our programs shows that regular practice effects positive change. We also offer workshops, retreats and team building sessions for stress and anxiety management or targeting specific issues.

Other workplace wellness programs out there tend to passively sit in the background, requiring the client/employee to take action to support themselves.
There is no doubt that workplace wellness is critical to business success, but our philosophy is it is more impactful to present employees with an active strategy, with designated programs that are delivered to teams for personal development in wellbeing. With Jayur, employee participation and engagement provides the tools to manage stress and anxiety, be more focused and motivated at work, feel valued by their employers and most importantly, build a sense of purpose and confidence.
What we offer.
Our workshops educate teams on scientifically proven meditation methods that help gain control of neurological responses and change perception of stimuli. These practical workshops teach attendees how to use these techniques and on a regular basis at work and at home to reduce stress, diffuse heightened emotions, and build confidence. Our programs also improve communication skills, focus and motivation.
Our approach.
We explain the science behind our methods and then allow participants to experience the benefits. We combine sound therapy with guided meditation, ensuring that the workshops are relaxing but informative. We also provide access to a series of on-demand materials for employees to access guided meditation workshops at times and durations most convenient to them.

Public | Personal growth.
We also run personal development workshops, retreats and public programs for individuals and groups. These include meditation and sound therapy, in addition to teaching you how to work with your internal bio-energies to heal yourself through a conscious release of emotions and energy.
This is an internal process that empowers you to work within yourself, build inner confidence and reach your inner guidance for clarity, focus and motivation.
Group sessions are a good way to introduce yourself to the practices and individual sessions are available for a deeper and more intensive healing experience. We run our programs regularly all over Australia and online.

Due to current Covid-19 related challenges, our availability on our live online platforms is flexible and we encourage you to either follow the link below to join a scheduled session or contact us to schedule a personal session at a convenient time. We would also be happy to book in a session for you and your team .
Virtual sessions are ideal for our global friends and clients to access our programs from the comfort of their locality.
In person.
Where possible, we hold regular workshops for you to attend in person around Australia (and globally once we can travel again). Our public workshops are listed on our Facebook page, and can be booked here.
